If you are an adult with a behavioral health diagnosis, our PCN staff has a holistic recovery service delivery approach centering on respect for an individual’s unique abilities, needs and ambitions -- serving adults of every race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status or psychiatric condition.

  • Integration of individuals into their home communities and neighborhoods - is possible
