For adults with behavioral health diagnoses, People of Color Network is committed to a service delivery system that is recovery focused and centered on respect for the person’s individuality, abilities, needs and aspirations without regard to race, color, gender, socio-economic status, or psychiatric condition.
At People of Color Network we believe:
- Relationships are the key to effective service delivery
- Integration of individuals into their home communities, and neighborhoods is possible
- Freedom of choice and participation in treatment is a right
- Services are developed with the expectation that the individual is capable of positive change, growth, and leading a life of value.
People of Color Network collaborates with community agencies to provide a spectrum of services:
- Psychiatric Services, Medication, Nursing
- Assertive Community Teams and Supportive Case Management
- Specialty Team Services (Forensic, Supervisory Care Home, Arizona State Hospital Transition services, Homeless, GMH)
- Peer and Mentor Services
- Rehabilitation Services
- Family Support
