The Beginning
As a Children’s Provider Network,Five provider founding agencies originally partnered creatomg PCN to serve children, youth and their families in Maricopa County: Centro de Amistad, Chicanos por La Causa, Ebony House, Friendly House, and Native American Connnections current members of the network include—. Empact SPC joined PCN as a provider agency in 2008. Native American Connections, began serving children and families in 2009. Friendly House is a partner agency working with diverse communities providing education, social services and other social support and advocacy programs. The Board of Directors has representation from family members who have individuals that receive services in the behavioral health system and a representative from a behavioral health consumer run organization. People of Color Network became an Adult Provider Network Organization in March of 2009. It is one of two “Integrated” Provider Network Organizations in Maricopa County that serves both children and adults.
Families & Communities
PCN collaborates with community organizations to educate and support individuals and families in making informed decisions about services that meet their needs and to become their own best advocates.
Agency Support
PCN supports partners in developing infrastructure and attaining administrative and operational growth by offering leadership, advisors, promoters, technical, and financial support.
