Our Vision is to be a catalyst for change transforming and sustaining the quality of life within diverse communities

Our Value Statement is to provide the highest quality continuum of responsive culturally and linguistically relevant services to our stakeholders

• Provide quality, culturally, and linguistically appropriate services to consumers
• Become a force in Maricopa County and Arizona through strong advocacy for people of color communities  
•  Strengthen partner agencies through collaboration

• Promote the importance of culturally diverse services through collaboration
• Strengthen and support existing agencies and build new ones that espouse culturally diverse principles and practice
• Build and sustain culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate service deliver
• Support people from diverse communities to have a voice
• Develop an awareness of practice and policy issues related to diversity
• Practice the Arizona System Principles, The Twelve Principles and Implement the Arizona Model for delivering behavioral health service
