Stephanie Sanchez, FNP is a Florida Autonomous Nurse Practitioner and the founder and owner of Ormond Family Medical Center in Ormond Beach, Florida. Since opening the practice in June 2021, she has built a thriving independent primary care practice serving a panel of more than 2,400 adult and geriatric patients.

Her practice provides comprehensive primary care alongside hormone therapy, medical weight management, wellness services, telehealth, and aesthetics, microneedling, skin rejuvenation treatments and more for a holistic approach to helping patients feel better live better and look better. A skilled functional-medicine and integrative provider, she combines evidence-based medicine with a root-cause, whole-patient approach to care.

Stephanie is an active participant in value-based care, including a Medicare accountable care organization, and her practice leverages such programs as APCM and remote patient monitoring to improve outcomes and keep patients engaged between visits. She is a recognized voice on the business of independent practice, serving as Business Track Lead for the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners (FLANP) LEAD 2027 conference. Her keynote address, “From Idea to Independent Practice: What Happens After You Leave This Room,” draws on her own journey of building a practice from the ground up to mentor the next generation of nurse practitioner entrepreneurs.
