Aleece Fosnight, MSPAS, PA-C, CSC, CSE, MSCP, IF, HAES, is a nationally recognized physician associate specializing in sexual medicine, pelvic health, urology, menopause, and gender-affirming care. She is the founder and CEO of the Fosnight Center for Sexual Health in Asheville, North Carolina, where she has built an interdisciplinary practice dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based, inclusive, and Health at Every Size® (HAES®)-aligned care across the lifespan.

Aleece is an AASECT Certified Sexuality Counselor and Educator, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and an ISSWSH Fellow. She is a nationally sought-after speaker and educator who is passionate about advancing PA education in sexual and hormonal health and improving access to comprehensive care in areas of medicine that are too often overlooked or stigmatized.

Her work extends beyond clinical practice through professional leadership, education, advocacy, and innovation. She serves in national leadership roles within the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health and as a medical advisor in the pelvic and urologic health space.
