Andrew Baker, MPA, MBA, PA-C is a nationally recognized dermatology physician associate, healthcare leader, educator, and advocate with more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice. He provides comprehensive dermatologic care with a focus on medical and surgical dermatology and is committed to advancing high-quality, patient-centered care and the role of PAs within the specialty.

Andrew currently serves as President of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA), where he helps lead the national organization’s efforts to advance the dermatology PA profession through education, advocacy, professional development, and strategic partnerships. His leadership focuses on preparing PAs for the evolving healthcare environment, expanding opportunities for professional growth, and strengthening the impact of dermatology PAs on patient access and outcomes.

Beyond clinical practice and organizational leadership, Andrew is a national speaker, advisor, and consultant to healthcare and life sciences organizations.
