Margaret is a certified dermatology nurse practitioner at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (UHCMC), where she also serves on the Department of Dermatology Executive Leadership council. She is also the founder and owner of the Center for Dermatology Nursing Practice, which she began in 2019. She earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), with a major in dermatology nurse practitioner education and practice. She also received her master’s in nursing at Case Western. She is assistant professor at the CWRU School of Medicine and Bolton School of Nursing, and an adjunct faculty member at Florida Atlantic University College of Nursing, lead faculty for the post-master’s dermatology nurse practitioner program. She additionally jointly serves as a member of the Medical Dermatology Resident Advisory Committee and as faculty for medical dermatology residents at CWRU and UHCMC. She has received numerous awards for clinical excellence from UHCMC and has a membership in several professional societies, including Sigma Theta Tau International and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her professional credits also include dozens of publication credits and lectures across both podium presentations and virtual education.
