Megan Filoramo, of Everpoint Health in Morristown, New Jersey, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Pain Management Nurse with over 25 years of experience in pain management. Recognized as an Advanced Practice Pain Management Nurse by the American Society for Pain Management Nursing (ASPMN), she is a dedicated advocate for both effective patient pain management and the education of pain providers. Megan earned her BSN from Seton Hall University and her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Rutgers University.

Committed to lifelong learning and building a community of practice, Megan is active in multiple professional organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for ASPMN and currently serves as Secretary for the American Chronic Pain Association. Additionally, she is Pharmacology Master Faculty for ASPMN, Co-Chair of the Pain Management Specialty Practice Group for the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and an active committee member of the NANS Advanced Practice Provider Group.

Megan also holds board certifications as a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach and an Advanced Practice Holistic Nurse. She integrates these certifications into her clinical pain management practice and her private coaching practice focused on wellness promotion and burnout prevention for nurses. As a dedicated educator and mentor, Megan continues to advance the knowledge base of pain management while supporting the overall health and resilience of both her patients and peers.
