Sandip Kaur Sall, DNP, NP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and Lead APP at Stanford Health Care, specializing in hepatology, gastroenterology, and liver transplant medicine. With over 20 years of nursing experience, including more than a decade as a Nurse Practitioner, she is committed to advancing compassionate, equitable, and patient-centered care.

Inspired by a desire to serve others, Sandip earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), which strengthened her commitment to clinical excellence and leadership. She empowers patients through education and advocacy while mentoring the next generation of Advanced Practice Providers to lead with confidence and compassion.

Sandip actively participates in Stanford Health Care’s Liver and Gastroenterology Quality and Readmission taskforces, focusing on improving quality and patient care outcomes. She is also a member of the APP Diversity Committee and APP Week Committee, fostering connection and belonging among Advanced Practice Providers. Her contributions have earned her nominations for APP Leader of the Year and GHAPP Clinical Excellence in Hepatology.

Beyond her work at Stanford, Sandip serves as the APRN Committee Chair for the Bay Area Indian Nurses Association (BAINA), connecting and elevating nursing professionals in the community.
