Diraine Glanville, MS, PAC, WCC, is a seasoned health care professional and educator, currently serving as the physician assistant manager of clinical practice at MJHS Health System, a large not-for-profit organization in New York. With over a decade of experience in clinical leadership, Diraine is known for her commitment to excellence, mentorship and patient-centered care. She plays a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards and supporting the development of physician assistants across the organization. 

Diraine holds a Master of Science in physician assistant studies. Her background includes 10 years of hands-on experience in the emergency department, where she developed expertise in high-pressure decision-making and multidisciplinary collaboration. 

A passionate educator, Diraine has served as a clinical adjunct professor for five years, teaching human anatomy and physiology. In addition to her teaching role, she was a certified instructor in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS), equipping medical professionals with life-saving skills in critical care settings. She is also wound care certified, bringing specialized expertise to patient treatment and recovery.
