Stephanie is a doctoral-prepared physician assistant and serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Development for Sentara Health’s Primary Care Division and Outpatient Medical Specialties. In this role, she leads initiatives focused on professional development and education for APPs at all career stages—from students to seasoned clinicians. Additionally, she continues to lead a population health team in the risk adjustment and quality space.

Clinically, she provides comprehensive care alongside a multidisciplinary team in the primary care setting, with particular interests in preventive and cardiovascular health. Stephanie is actively involved in organizational leadership, serving on the organization’s Board of Directors and previously held the position of Chair of the APP Professional Practice Council (2024–2025).

A 2015 graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Physician Assistant Program and a 2026 graduate of Old Dominion University’s Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) program with a concentration in Clinical Leadership and Administration, she remains actively engaged in advancing healthcare education and workforce development.
