Cayla Daniele has practiced passionately in Obstetrics and Gynecology since graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2016. She is deeply committed to women’s health and providing compassionate, comprehensive care that addresses both the physical and emotional needs of her patients with professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. In 2025, Cayla became CAQ-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), further demonstrating her dedication to excellence within her specialty.

Cayla practices in the outpatient setting, providing a wide range of women’s health services including annual examinations, prenatal care, contraceptive device insertions, biopsies, problem-focused visits, and consultations for hormone replacement therapy and fertility. She also serves as a first assistant in the operating room for procedures including Cesarean sections, robotic and open hysterectomies, and laparoscopic surgeries.

Throughout her career, Cayla has remained committed to advancing the physician assistant profession. She has served in several leadership roles on the board of the Connecticut Academy of PAs for ten years, including President from 2024–2025. Through her involvement with the Academy, she has advocated for and supported her PA colleagues while contributing to the advancement of the profession in Connecticut.

Cayla is also passionate about education and mentorship. She serves as a Clinical Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant Program at Quinnipiac University, where she teaches Obstetrics and Gynecology to PA students and precepts students during their clinical rotations. She enjoys sharing her clinical expertise and helping prepare the next generation of providers to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.

While Cayla is deeply invested in her profession, she finds her greatest sense of peace and fulfillment at home with her family. She strives to promote wellness, healing, and empowerment for her patients and community.
