Jacqi Kernaghan is a certified PA and the Associate Director of the Osteoporosis Center of Delaware County. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (summa cum laude) and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University).

Jacqi serves as the leader for hospital Fracture Liaison Service for inpatient fracture patients and is responsible for outpatient care at all of the Osteoporosis Center sites, as well as organizing research studies for the practice. She is active as a speaker at national and regional conferences on topics concerning osteoporosis and other metabolic bone disease. She is a member of the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, of which she is on the Ambassadors Leadership Council, as well as the Pennsylvania Society of PAs and the American Academy of PAs, where she has been actively volunteering for the profession for over 15 years. Most recently she became a distinguished fellow of the AAPA.
