Device-based therapies for decompensated heart failure will continue to grow in prevalence, indication, and complexity, making available such technology even more critical in research and clinical practice. To that end, researchers looked at device-based therapies in cardiogenic shock, ambulatory heart failure, and acute decompensated heart failure.
