TNFα-inhibitor-induced psoriasis is mediated by the type-I interferon pathway. In a study that may help identify therapeutic targets for more effective psoriasis management, researchers found that small plaque psoriasis possesses a definite morphology and immune-phenotype mediated by the type-I interferon pathway.
